Services // what I do

A few things, done properly.

Clear prices up front for the common work, and a custom quote when it is bigger or ongoing. Whatever it is, you approve the scope and the price before I start. No surprise invoices, ever.

SVC-01 For when your site needs to earn its keep

A website that works for you

A new site or a rebuild with the things your business actually runs on built right in: bookings, payments, sign-ups, the lot. Clean, fast, and easy for you to run without calling a developer every week.

  • Discovery and a fixed scope
  • Design and build, start to finish
  • Bookings, payments and sign-ups wired in
  • Connected to your other tools
  • Training and a clean handover
SVC-02 For software you bought but never set up

Platform setup sprint

Two focused weeks to get one platform properly stood up: configured the right way, your data moved in, your team trained, and handed over ready to actually use.

  • Configured around how you work
  • Your data moved in and checked
  • Your team trained on it
  • Handover docs you can keep
  • Two weeks, fixed scope
SVC-03 For tools that refuse to talk to each other

Integration & automation

I get your systems talking and automate the repetitive stuff so the same customer detail stops getting typed into three places. APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, whatever fits.

  • API and webhook wiring
  • Zapier / Make automation flows
  • Sensible error handling
  • Alerts when something fails
  • Documented so you understand it
SVC-04 For when you are changing systems

Data migration

Moving off an old system? I get your data across clean: mapped to the new fields, de-duplicated, double-checked against the source, and safe to roll back if anything looks off.

  • Field mapping, old to new
  • De-duplication and clean-up
  • Validation against the source
  • A safe, reversible cut-over
  • Nothing lost, nothing guessed
SVC-05 For keeping it all running after launch

Managed operations

Once you are live, I keep an eye on the whole thing: monitoring so problems get caught early, a priority line for changes, and a plain-English check-in each month so you always know where things stand.

  • Monitoring on your key systems
  • A priority line for changes
  • A plain-English monthly check-in
  • Reversible changes, always
  • Cancel any time, no lock-in

Most projects land between $2,500 and $10,000. Not sure which of these you need? Just tell me what's broken →

How it works

From first message to handover.

No drawn-out sales process. You tell me what is going on, I tell you what I would do and what it costs, and once you say go, I get to work.

  1. 01 You tell me what's up A few lines about what is breaking or what you are trying to build. No forms-within-forms.
  2. 02 I scope it and quote Within 1-2 business days you get a clear plan and a fixed price. You know exactly what you are getting.
  3. 03 You approve, I build You say go. I do the work, and you can follow progress in your client portal the whole way.
  4. 04 Clean handover It goes live with docs and training so your team owns it. Then I am here if you want me to keep watching it.
The deal

How I work, in plain terms.

Fixed scope & priceYou see the price up front and approve it before I start. No surprise invoices.
I actually replyYou'll hear back within 1-2 business days, every time. No ghosting.
Clean handoverDocs and training so your team owns it. No lock-in, ever.
Reversible & watchedEverything's safe to roll back, and I keep an eye on your systems.
Before you ask

A few common questions.

How do payments work?

For projects, it is usually a deposit to start and the balance on handover. Bigger builds can be split into stages. Monthly work like managed operations bills automatically each month, and you can cancel any time. It all runs through Stripe and you get a clean invoice for everything.

What if I'm not sure which service I need?

That is normal, and honestly half of my job is working that out. Just describe what is going on in your own words. I'll tell you what I would actually do, even if that is less than you expected.

Do I own what you build?

Always. Code, accounts, data, all of it is yours. No lock-in and no holding anything hostage. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and the docs to run it.

Can you take over something another developer left half-done?

Yes, that is a lot of what I do. I'll have a proper look at what is there, tell you honestly what is salvageable and what is not, and give you a fixed price to get it finished and stable.

Got something breaking, or something to build?

Tell me what is going on. I'll come back within 1-2 business days with what I would do and roughly what it costs.
